The Heart Behind Jestia Pathways
Jestia Pathways was born from a lifelong passion for caring for people and a deep understanding of the gaps that exist in our healthcare and housing systems. With years of hands-on experience working in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare service environments, I witnessed firsthand how many seniors, veterans, disabled adults, and re-entry citizens fall through the cracks the moment they are discharged or released.
As a healthcare professional, I worked closely with patients, families, and clinical teams. I saw the challenges people face when they can no longer live alone—but do not require the level of care provided in a nursing home. I also saw the emotional toll on individuals who had nowhere safe or stable to return to after hospitalization, incarceration, or sudden life changes. Too many were left with limited options, unstable environments, or temporary placements that did not support long-term well-being. Jestia Pathways was created from that belief .
My passion is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and a commitment to serving people others often overlook. I understand—from real experience—how much environment matters, how structure supports healing, and how dignity can restore hope.
At Jestia Pathways, we provide a calm, supportive, and structured independent co-living home for adults who need stability but not institutional care. Here, residents can establish routines, reconnect with community, and rebuild their confidence in a safe, respectful environment.
